The Real Housewives franchises have become a guilty pleasure for me and I've become intrigued by 'normal' people who would agree to put their lives on television for public display and scrutiny. What are their motives to divulge their daily routines for viewing audiences to approve, reprimand, berate, castigate, attack; basically abuse and judge? Oh, just forget about the above nonsense... the majority of these people are just stoo-pid.

    Can’t help but notice a common theme among the noted ‘celebrities’ who attended Pandoras wedding…They were all former contestants on Celebrity Apprentice…Old friends my butt…The constant cross promotion is nausiating and downright insulting…Networks today use their morning and nightly newshows as mere platforms to advertise and promote their primetime lineups..On a typical CBS nightly news, the big news can be which Survivor contestant has been sent home, on ABC/ Disney/ ESPN, the news leads off with which Bachelorette went packing, and NBC can sure to follow with their endless supply of conflicts ….Ooops…don’t forget Fox…The typical lead story on Fox is which contestant advances on Idol…The networks are one big happy dysfunctional family…Will networks ever get it and restore any shred of credibility back to journalism..?

    Waiting for the “Who’s afraid of Taylor Wolf” thread. Very grateful I don’t know, work with or live near any of these women. What I just saw on the reunion made me so unsettled. Wasn’t this series supposed to be a fun filled view of ‘ladies who lunch’? What the hell is going on?

      I miss the ladies that lunch aspect, too. For some reason producers wanted to take this great, fun reality show into the real world of hard hitting new. You can see now how they went undercover with the bull that traylair was feeding them. Put any group of women together and you are going to have fireworks, just not the kind the producers wanted so they had to push “relevant” storylines iMO
