I didn’t think the reunion was boring, I thought it was very telling, it certainly opened my eyes up to Adrienne Maloof.
I totally agree, I used to like Adrienne until I saw how backstabbing she can be at the reunion.
I found Adrienne to be quiite different this season. But why did you say she was backstabbing? She had a lot of pentup anger at Lisa that didn’t seem to be so warranted. I thought the Maloof hoof was typical of Lisa’s humor. It probably was not the nicest thing to say but Adrienne was really upset about it.
Adrienne was upset because Pandora’s party was not going to be at the palms, so for the rest of the season she set out to burn Lisa. Didn’t she even make a derogatory comment about Lisa being asked to talk about the Royal Wedding, she was envious of her all season.
Even when she “confronted” Lisa about it and Lisa said how it was a gift from a dear friend and Pandy’s decision, and Lisa said she would never dream of asking for such a favor Adrienne put the : Well you didn’t have a problem asking to have your wine put in our casino, that was a business request that Adrienne said she set up and Lisa said she never heard back from her about it. Lisa’s daughter’s party wouldn’t have been an issue until Pandora convinced Lisa to come with her, Lisa repeatedly said she had no interest in seeing the chipmonks. I wonder how fast and furious Adrienne set the trip up to the Palms, just so she could tell Lisa, well you know I am going to be there the same weekend. Was that suppose to make Lisa change Pandora’s party plans , which were not hers to change to begin with or try to make her shake in her Vanderpumps, It came off to me that Adrienne was basically saying camera’s will be showing the Palms anyway, so there!
I thought the reunion was painful, not boring. It really changed my mind about some of the characters on this show. I used to like both Adrienne and Kyle and now I wouldn’t let them take care of a houseplant, much less trust them with my friendship. I’d actually felt SORRY for Adrienne when her Insult Chef started talking, because I felt like his behavior reflected so poorly on her. But now? I think those two deserve each other! I can not BELIEVE how much benefit of the doubt I gave to Kyle in the past . . . well, now I think I’ve seen her true colors and they are ugly, ugly, ugly.

I NEVER liked or trusted Kyle. She is such an airhead and besides anyone who claims Faye Resnick as their BFF, is as trashy as Faye is.
The big disappointment was Adriennes jealousy towards Lisa!

I think everyone is just ready to end this season; it’s been a horrible journey. In the reunion no one put on their best party clothes – each came with a chip on their shoulder and used the opportunity to lash out. At least no tables went flying, but the words sure did.
I’m sick of the BH franchise. This season should never have aired – it didn’t advance the cause of domestic violence or spousal abuse — it advanced the bank account of Bravo. The season was a failure from the very beginning because we knew how the book ended before we began reading it – Russell took his own life, and Taylor played it for all it was worth. She should be ashamed of herself, should realize that Kennedy will be the ultimate loser …… but that won’t stop her from lecturing, writing, and keeping herself in the limelight.
So….was the reunion boring? No, but it was the last we’ll have to see (I won’t watch parts 2 or 3) for awhile. No reruns, please.
I didn’t think they reunion was boring because I now (finally …… a little slow to the party) see what a two-faced bitch Kyle is, and I was shocked at how petty and mean Kyle and Adrienne were to Lisa. No longer fans of these two ladies. And I can’t wait to see if Brandi brings them down a peg or two. I’ve pretty much given up on seeing Taylor being exposed. She’s got the Bravo mafia behind her. By the way, Adrienne, you looked completely ridiculous from head to toe. Like one of those women I see from behind on Worth Avenue and you think they are hot and they turn around and you realize that you are dealing with mental illness here. Butta face. Probably was a nice face before it got so messed up.
I just learned butter face on shameless! “She has nice legs, a great figure and a great rack—” (everyone chimes in) “BUT HER FACE!”:) In adriennes case, shes like that prego/ragu commercial where the lady questions her decisions… Good lord the lipstick couldnt have been funnier if she tried. Wet and wild.
OMgosh, Ames, I feel so naive! So that is what is meant by “butter face” (i.e., but her face)? I am laughing so hard at this one! Kind of makes me wonder how many times I might have “missed” the joke in the past. Yikes!
Bravo has no choice – they have to defend/protect Taylor because they are the ones who made the horrible decision to carry on Russell’s story, knowing the incredible damage it would do to his children/family. But maybe they didn’t expect the extreme response against everything T. does in her quest for fame, money, and anything that keeps her in the limelight. They are stuck now – good for Camille who is the only one who had the courage to say it was a bad choice to go forward with the Armstrong story in the way they have – none of this b.s. has done anything to help prevent DV, only keeps T’s new “friend”, Dr. Sockless, in the media.
Yes! I keep hearing shes gettin the bravo boot under the guise of not bringing the drama– i think she added a lot to the show and was likeable by many fans which to me says shes gettin cut for not towing the line and going off script. She brought up his children several times, implying that even had there been domestic violence airring the season with russell as the villian, knowing he was dead and couldnt defend himself, was/is so hurtful to his family and children and not worth any fake message they were trying to raise awareness for. And if shana is as tech savvy as she claims then she easily could have the software on her phone which allows one to call or text making the caller ID show ANY number… Ive called my sister from her hubs # when she was ignoring my calls… It would be easy for shana to have texted herself from russell on her bday. Also, maybe he did text that to her after she told him everyones going to think he beat her and hed never make a dime in this country. She moved all the money out of their off-shore trust and he’d lose custody of all his kids. Shes a pyscho. One more thing, shes saying she popped her jaw back in place?? That IS NOT a broken jaw. That would be a dislocated jaw. And you can pop one side out if its from trauma- you would pop both sides out. That would also stretch out the ligaments and youd probably displace the disc on one side. You would still need long-term treatment, a splint, to be careful not yo open your mouth wide (which she always does) BC doing anything like taking a big bite, yawning, sneezing, laughing would lock your jaw back open and often requires an ER visit to put it back. She is so full of it.
Thanks for reminding me that Taylor was tech savvy and probably could have orchestrated the situations herself. I asked my computer tech if it were possible and he said “yes.” As for the jaw issue, interesting that there would be no “proof” of a dislocated jaw – so it’s as good a claim as any. Boy who cried wolf applies here.

She wouldn’t have even had to get some funky software. I doubt Lisa knew Russell’s phone # off the top of her head. All Taylor had to do was use someone else’s phone and store that phone # in hers as belonging to Russell. Use that phone to send the nasty text and it will show up in Taylor’s phone as coming from Russell (even though it’s actually just the # she has named “Russell” in her phone, which isn’t necessarily Russell’s real phone #). If Lisa knew Russell’s cell # wouldn’t she have tried calling it the day of the White Party when she couldn’t reach Taylor on hers?
I didn’t see them defending Traylor so much as trying not to comment on Russell.
I would be surprised if Traylor comes back. She has too much baggage for Bravo. Plus being bk, loses that ‘bling’ factor. LOL.
I would certainly imagine that not even Andy expected the backlash and disbelief of Taylor’s story of abuse. I am under the impression that they would be able to pull this off, Taylor did not get a good edit and if it was suppose to make her look like an abused wife, it didn’t work. More people have sympathy for what Russell went through than anything Taylor supposedly went thru. If I were them, I would forego the celebrity turnout that Kyle had for her book and disassociate Bravo from anything Taylor related ASAP.
I hope the lawsuit with MMR supeonas every housewife, producer, camera man, email, footage from the cutting room floor, anything and everything and they have to testify under oath to discredit Taylor’s claims of duress. Wonder how many believers she would have from the cast after that happens.
Why was shana even there? It was obvi andy threw her softballs she had canned answers to— and the gang up on lisa wasnt just mean, but ridiculous. I wish andy wouldve let brandi run the reunion- gIving us what we really want while he is absolved of responsibility and maintains his connections…i mean, relationships.
I read somewhere that Lisa had been approached to do her own show, so maybe throwing her under the bus to generate sympathy was the goal. Since we know Taylor will remain on BH, the plan was to preserve Taylor at Lisa’s expense. I find it deplorable, and have no intention of watching BH2. It left a sour taste in my mouth which will never go away.
I don’t think Lisa’s show is a done deal yet altho I believe a pilot was shot.
I am not as convinced as you that Traylor will be welcome back. Way too much baggage aside from the fact no one likes her. She may be busy in the Big House anyway!
i think Lisa’s reactions were pure raw emotion and shock that she would be attacked over such trivial crap, You could see the pain in her face and they should all be ashamed of themselves. Lisa always had Kyle’s back, even when she didn’t deserve it. Kyle’s excuse for her play on words accusing Lisa of preying on the weak was disgusting watching her trying to justify what she said and how she didn’t mean it “that’ way.
Didn’t Kyle say that she said that in retaliation to Lisa not supporting her when everyone was saying she was a mean girl. It didn’t make much sense to me.
I thought Kyle accused Lisa of calling her out on that because of something else Kyle said that Lisa was upset about. I don’t remember exactly what it was about though. Either way Kyle was being a b=itch.
I thought the Reunion was pretty entertaining. Then again, I’ll sit and watch 2 pigeons fight over a corner of a hot dog bun for at least 15 minutes.

Yeah, Adrienne has always pissed me off. The way she treats her husband, like an employee. Actually she treats Bernie with more respect than Paul. Spoiled woman.

Everybody knows Ade is a dimwit, so there is no way some quick acting lessons could have pulled that venom out of her. It is pure, unadulterated Maloof.
Wendy Williams should moderate the reunion instead of Andy Cohen.
That would be great-anyone but Andy. The way he cherry-picked those questions. I would love to chat with the one viewer who sent in the question- why didn’t Lisa choose the Palms for the b-party- because I don’t think that person exists except on Bravo’s payroll. Who cares-Ade only wanted the venue there for advertising; it had nothing to do with altruism or friendshop. I’ve said it before- Ade need to get on her knees and thank whatever gods of chance gave her a rich daddy.

Wendy Williams kinda sucks as a Reunion host. As you’ve seen on her talk show, she likes to talk about herself too much and sometimes it’s clear she hasn’t done her homework. I think Kathy Griffin would do a better job, or just about anyone who doesn’t have an interest in keeping good relations with the Housewives.
Oh, I think Ms SH should do it! Ms. SH could bring the timeline and a laser pointer, ya know, like Court TV. Taylor couldn’t get away with her smug cat that ate the canary look!

Long time lurker… Fist time poster. Just wanted to take a moment to thank Ms.SH for her hard work and thank all of you for making the RHO__ franchise all the more interesting. . Love the comrderie amongst the regular posters and the respect shown to each other is better than on other blogs. Also, ms.SH and the regulars seem to understand how reality shows are made which makes the blogs an interesting read.
Anyway….. Enjoy your evenings and be thankful real life is NOT a reality show (lol).
