CAROLINE MANZO: DON CARO INCLUDED ON ANDERSON PANEL… VIDEO

POSTED FEBRUARY 1, 2012   1:55 pm

Anderson Cooper… “ALL the New York Housewives turned me down for today’s show… and so did all the Atlanta and Miami wives!  Caroline Manzo heard from Melissa Gorga, who heard from Kathy Wakile, who heard from Jax Laurita, who heard from Matt Holmes that I needed someone for my panel… and Don Caro scooted right on over!”

On today’s ANDERSON

… Don Caroline Manzo sat on a chat panel, which included some bewildered chick from the ANDERSON audience!

Don Caroline Manzo… “Doing the RHONJ gives me migraines.  But who cares… I’ll do the show with a broken back!”

Don Caro shared all her wisdom…

Don’t these Housewives ever take a break?  Do these chicks, especially the New Jersey chicks, really think that anyone is interested in what they have to say??  It’s always the same old same old..

Tina Fey said it the best in describing the New Jersey crew!

BUT… KEN SAID IT BEST!!!

NOTE TO THE ANDERSON AUDIENCE MEMBER ON THE PANEL:  Your first visit to NYC and you want to stay?  That was the funniest thing said on this ANDERSON show!

Wonder if this chick got past any of the typical tourist activities?  First visit to big, bad NYC!!!  The wide-eyed, amazed yet bewildered look is often seen on tourists… real NYers can spot that look a mile away!

NOTE WITHIN A NOTE:  SH LOVES NY!!!

About Stoopid Housewives

The Real Housewives franchises have become a guilty pleasure for me and I've become intrigued by 'normal' people who would agree to put their lives on television for public display and scrutiny. What are their motives to divulge their daily routines for viewing audiences to approve, reprimand, berate, castigate, attack; basically abuse and judge? Oh, just forget about the above nonsense... the majority of these people are just stoo-pid.

I live in NJ.. in a very pretty part of the state far away from the action.. and it’s so wrong that Don Caro and crew are the best that Bravo could do to represent..I do love me some Teresa for sheer entertainment value..but the rest of them are gigantic, boring train wrecks..especially the Twitter challenged Jac. Iam done with them all if next season is a Teresa bash fest. I refuse to watch that go down again.

  2. angrierolderman says:

Holy fake tan – is that Jocelyn Wildenstein’s daughter? She makes me want to watch and listen to the clip when I get home tonight.

Also, does anyone remember when Anderson Cooper was considered a serious journalist? Yeah, me neither.

    • SplitInfinitive says:

AOM, did you watch the season premiere of “RuPaul’s Drag Race”?

      • AngryOldMan says:

Not yet! I’m saving it for an evening when I can really focus and enjoy – probably tonight cause I don’t think I can wait any longer. I can’t believe all the time and effort they put into getting transformed, and they do it without the promise of big bucks, Bravo TV shows or endorsement deals. Hope the new season is good.

Or wait, did you ask because that fake blond tanorexic is a contestant?

        • SplitInfinitive says:

None of them are knocking my socks off so far. I think Willam Belli, the one who’s done some TV and movie work (“Ticked Off Trannies With Knives”) will be the front runner, but he’s already an arrogant twit of the first order.

          • AngryOldMan says:

I think that’s every season of every show. Seems like it’s settling into a formula with a newbie, some veterans, some “fishes,” some big “girls” and some b#$ches. But I enjoy the process of the show and admire their effort. I simply can’t understand why any man would spend hours and hours getting made up and dressed up when a main benefit of being a man is all you really have to do is be clean and clothed and you’re considered presentable.

Just happy there’s no Shangela! She showed up on Toddlers & Tiaras (don’t judge) and that was too much.

  3. Robin says:

I think Caroline looks very pretty with her hair a little longer like that. And the girl has this glorious 1970s kind of look that I am just totally digging! She has Sally Struthers (circa “All in the Family” days) eyes. Love it.

  4. gessie says:

Caroline is an irrelevant liar. She is the only person that doesn’t know that her fifteen min. of fame are over. She is a pig.

  5. SABLE says:

I liked Anderson when he was on CNN. Not really loving his talk show.

    • TangyOrange says:

Totally agree, Sable. I was really looking forward to the daytime show, but quickly lost interest. Still seems reliable and trustworthy to report the news, but after hearing his silly daytime fluff, have a different attitude about him as a newsman, too. Hard to hold him in the same high regard.

  6. Hi MsMP…You and your videos have been greatly missed. Hope all is well. How did Don Cairo manage to do an interview without those horrible sons of hers and that whiney daughter…and not to forget the hubby who thinks he is a Don. Canstanzem!

    • madepiley says:

Howdy Click. I have missed you too. I ‘spect them younguns of hers were within arms reach at all times.
Here’s an ode to mommas…put on yer boogies shoes and turn up yer speakers yall!

      • Hilarious…I thought I was watching Jeanna’s children talk to her. What a bunch of disrespectful brats she has. I’m sure Colton and Shane, now that they are living back at home, are just laying around, mooching off their mother, and have complete control over her house. That boyfriend won’t put up with that for long, unless he’s also a mooch…which I’ll bet you he don’t have a job either.

  7. Mary McClain says:

And on behalf of New Yorkers……NEW YORK loves SH too!!!!

  8. lelesmom says:

I love love Tina Fey but the entire “I only watch NY and BH” reeks very much of an elitist bridge and tunnel syndrome… The problem with this syndrome that bugs the crap out of this NJ girl is that these New Yorkers think they were born at Lenox Hill or something….okay Tina arent you from Upper Darby PA? I would rather hang out in NJ than Upper Darby yawnville anyday!

I agree with the other poster…NJ is getting a horrible trashing by the media…it will take generations to recover. Come down to Princeton…you won’t see big hair for miles..

    • Robin says:

Yeah, Mom! I agree — I’d rather hang in NJ than many places! (also an NJ girl…). There are several other constant posters here (HDgurl, Belladee, ashamed..) who would agree.

That said, I hope I am safe in saying all of us NJ girls on here would never sell our souls to be on reality TV to represent our state!

BTW, I adore walking ’round Princeton. Girl, I just go down Route 33 to that newer cross 33 … and I’m there in Princeton in about 35 to 45 minutes from Freehold!

    • AlmostDoneWithBravo says:

I was born & raised in NY. Lived there my entire life. I understand what Tina Fey meant (even though she’s transplanted). I moved to NJ for a few years b/c of my husband. I have to say that even though your words were harsh, I can’t say too many nice things about NJ *from my own experience* in the 3+ years that I lived there. I traveled the entire state and didn’t see one place I’d consider living in permanently. The only thing I liked was the no-tax business.

  9. elle415 says:

I’m a born and bred New Yorker and I not only understand what Tina Fey was saying, I 100% agree! It’s not an elitist attitude nor an “I only watch NY and BH” syndrome! Trust me on that one. This New Yorker lives a few blocks away from Lenox Hill, and spent my college years in Princeton, NJ (a fantastic town), and I’m pretty sure that there are girls in towns other than New Jersey that have big hair. Don’t blame it on the many New Yorkers (and there are MANY) who would NEVER be caught dead in New Jersey, long before the RHONJ or Jersey Shore ever hit the airwaves. New Jersey gets a terrible trashing from its residents, as well, so stop blaming the media. The media has made New Jersey a lot of money. New Jersey has more than earned its reputation! Just like New York has. Which one would you rather have? I thought so!

    • hdgurl says:

Whoa! I’m a NJ resident and I find that highly offensive. I reside 13 miles north of liberalville aka Princeton, in a very nice area. I am an educated woman with a nice balance of geek and rebel. ALL states have great and not-so-great residents. My husband is a retired New York City police officer…shall I start talking about the residents he has had dealings with?

      • HaLaLa says:

I’m in Hunterdon County NJ and I love my area..I shop at the Trader Joe’s in Princeton BTY..love that area.

        • hdgurl says:

Hunterdon County is beautiful…I’m in Somerset County.

          • lelesmom says:

I love Hunterdon County….Lots of places in NJ are very beautiful and green…

Yes Elle’s post was so obnoxious IMHO…she has no idea about the educated, well off people in NJ…I think I would rather live in a 3000 square foot home in Princeton for the same price you pay for your 700 square foot apartment near Lenox Hill…I studied in NYC and love it,..I go in to the city when I want and have a great time..But would never live there! I want space…

    • Robin says:

You’d be “never caught dead in Jersey?” You really believe that “the media has made” our state “a lot of money?” REALLY? What are you inhaling? Obviously, Elle, you NEVER really spent quality time in NJ. In fact, you just contributed to the stereotype — nice going!

I’ll leave it at that. Because I’m insulted and pissed off.

      • lelesmom says:

        Agree!!!

Awful…she’s trying so hard to reinforce the elitist stereotype but I betcha if we see her dingy apartment in downtown…for 5000 a month I wouldnt think its a very educated to never be caught dead in NJ…ok stay in NYC and waste your money away.

Unless you are the 1% living in NYC is a total waste of dough…I guess Elle wants to let us all know she is the 1% very badly…okay calm down elle we know now!! lol

        • belowsealevel says:

Someone was talking about Hoboken & I’m wondering if you know much about it.

          • That’s where I lived in NJ for 3 years or so. They claim it’s a “mini-Manhatan”, but, meh, not so much. It has cutesy shops and restaurants & outdoor eating when it’s warm out. It has Carlos Bakery for a famous touch. It has Danny Aiello’s restaurant (which was pretty good). Downsides are that it’s impossible to find parking (like Manhattan) and it certainly doesn’t have the museums, etc., that Manhattan does. It’s only about 15 min from Manhattan. Prices are much cheaper for living. Anything else you wanna know??

            • therealbelowsealevel says:

Is it relatively safe, can one bike and walk? Good food? Mostly thinking about for a college kid’s experience or young adult? Good job or intern prospects?

      • NJ_Shore_Mama says:

As usual, I’m late for the party due to a hectic schedule and limited time. I love this site and read more often than post.

I thank you, Robin & HD gurl for your great words. NJ has many beautiful places (like most of Monmouth County) and beautiful people. For Elle to stereotype us all the way she has is highly insulting. Her loss!

  10. n says:

This woman REFUSES to go away. Unreal. She was picked LAST to attend? Of course she drove there on screeching tires. She is pathetic.

  11. gessiewtf says:

I used to spend summer vacations in Manasquan (I’m from Miami) and the food was out of this world, The tomatoes and corn are unsurpassed, the bakeries, Oh my, My kids played in the street with the neighbors kids (not something we really do down here) we caught fireflies, went to the family friendly boardwalk with the kids, and sat on the porch and watched the world go by. It was god’s country if you ask me, a great place to raise a family. It’s all yuppified now, but my kids have the fondest memories of New Jersey. A lot of New Jersey is gorgeous. The only thing that was bad was that sometimes it would be hotter in New Jersey than Miami. But it would only last a few days. All of my friends went to North Carolina, but I preferred the Garden State!

  12. 9021O says:

The Blonde sitting by Caroline looks like the Bride of Chuckie

  13. sd says:

I love how Caroline asked what is in that kids mind to bring a knife to school and threaten another child. I guess she can wait andask Baby JoGee in a couple of years when he is buck wild out of control.

    • mythunker says:

Then suddenly all of Baby JoGee’s actions will be justifiable. He is fambly. Heck, maybe she’ll even provide the knife.

      • sd says:

Teehee, yep, She’ll say” well Chis and Albie used to threaten Lauren all the time, that’s how kids are, they live hard, laugh hard and dual west side story style with switchblades hard too, deep down they love each other.”

        • therealbelowsealevel says:

Maybe the family can get matching bracelets with little switchblade charms.

          • sd says:

yeah! Their motto..live hard, Manzo style! If they start now baby JoGee will totally be off the hook when the time comes.
