I think Kyle would have died a little inside if Kim showed up, cuz she wouldn’t be able to stand fans crowding around Kim asking for autographs & photos, especially at Kyle’s event. After all, to this day, Kyle still won’t admit that Kim was the primary income earner for their family as they were growing up, that Kim did more work than her, and that Kim was more famous and was a teenage icon. Kyle still can’t be gracious enough to give props to Kim.

I think now that Kim is pretty much a walking, and talking cautionary tale on the pitfalls of child stardom it is easy to discredit her now which is sad, Kim even married better then Kyle. Her first ex was a the heir to a grocery store chain, and then she married a Texas oil billionaire.
I like Kyle for the most part, but I do think that she secretly likes the role reversal, she is now the prettier, put together sister with the picturesque family while Kim once the family darling is struggling.

MsS: As the self-appointed lookalike guru, I whole-heartedly agree. In fact when I saw a picture of Paris with the dark wig/dye job I crossed myself and kissed the sky asking the 90-year-old Jesus to spare Paris from turning into her hagfacelizardliplicking Aunt.

Her little house on the prairie character was adopted. She was one of Mr. edward’s adopted kids—which started the flood of adopted kids on the prairie. Kim was even in a few little house episodes too, but Kyle had an actual recurring role for a few years.
Well, I’m glad someone finally explained it to those of us seated in the Stoopid Section.
I know I’m going against the majority here but I actually like Kyle. Her children come across as well-rounded and well-behaved and she appears to have a very healthy and loving relationship with each of them! The more I see of Kim’s erratic behaviors, the more I understand where Kyle is coming from and can symphathize with her. Taylor and the relationship she has with Kennedy… well, that’s a whole other story (and not a good one).
It’s okay that you’re the minority. We like differing opinions. Kyle can have some love too–but just a little.
No, I get what you’re saying. I don’t think Kyle is the beastliest of the BH HWs,–in fact, I like Kim R. waaay less, too–but I still don’t “like” Kyle. I think she’s been focused on fixing everyone else for too long, so she’s insecure and lacking in self-awareness. I also don’t see her as being willing to give up the “controlling codependent” role, anytime soon.
Kyle doesn’t bother me either. Bit of a drama queen and a fake prude, but I like her. Wouldn’t go so far as to buy her dumb book, though!
Don’t forget to give Kyle some love. Looks like she’s been a little neglected:

Kyle’s book has had some pretty bad reviews on Amazon. The readers said they were really disappointed, it was quite lack-luster and annoying with all the ‘HA HA’s’ after each sentence. But I really don’t think they have a right to criticize, condemn and complain because if they must be stoopid in the first place to even consider purchasing it. Get over it.

I don’t mind Kyle on the show, even tho I do think she could benefit from some therapy to deal with her issues concerning Kim, but the thought of buying a book so she can tell me how she “does it all”..? No thanks. I think I can figure it out myself. Could it possibly be because she has a supportive husband and plenty of MONEY? I’d like to see how much she’d do without either
Kyle’s USP is having a good marriage, its what every girl wants, without this I dont think she would be liked as much.
I am not sure if anyone has already said this or not but besides just plain ole jealousy there is another reason why Kyle acts snotty toward Brandi. She might be pissed that they made Brandi a “friend of the housewives” instead of her bestie… the morally corrupt Faye Resnick.

Kyle annoys me, but i don’t Hate her. If all of the other women were there I wonder how much that had to do with the crowd. Women probably wanted to see Mauricio in person, If it is just Kyle and her stack of books, how big would the crowd really have been?
I guess I am going to have to go look up Bernie’s facebook, the link didn’t work for me. Maybe he is jelly cause Lisa might be having a spin off show about her restaurant and he doesn’t work for Lisa. Maybe Adrienne should set him up at a restaurant at the Palms and get her own show too.
