The Real Housewives franchises have become a guilty pleasure for me and I've become intrigued by 'normal' people who would agree to put their lives on television for public display and scrutiny. What are their motives to divulge their daily routines for viewing audiences to approve, reprimand, berate, castigate, attack; basically abuse and judge? Oh, just forget about the above nonsense... the majority of these people are just stoo-pid.
So far this year she has been an Arabian horse and a marlin fisherman, the whole thing about the alarm clock vs wake up call vs didn’t know the phone didn’t ring, why did Bravo show all of this? The woman needed serious help and they just let her roll on and on and on. Between Kim’s issues , Shana’s meltdowns, and Russell’s death, this season does not look good on Bravo’s part.
The only thing they HAVE managed to do is prove that Shana has some serious issues that did not involve Russell abusing her.
I’m with you gail…they totally dropped the ball.
My suspicions are that Kim is not only abusing alcohol, prescription meds. but also possibly cocaine. JMO
Watching the new episode now, it is painful. I can’t believe Bravo showed her like that, crawling around on the bathroom floor like a crackhead. She can’t even get herself dressed, it’s mortifying.
Kim shows more signs of abuse then Traylor. I feel bad for Kim because the moron is controlling her and she doesn’t want to hear “I told you so”. There may be some drug abuse there and it may be just my opinion but it looks like there may have been some cocaine and crack in the limo that was not supposed to be discovered.
On another note, I do not for one minute believe that Traylor was abused. What women would dress like that, have a man pick her up (Doctor or not) and have as much freedom as her to go on trips, shopping, parties and anywhere else? Traylor is just setting her friends up to take care of her. She does owe Camille more than an apology she was a raving lunatic.
Ken didn’t seem controlling to me other than either being a co addict or someone that knows what she is doing and trying to keep her in check.
I agree Cyn1. I was wondering why Kim is always looking through bags, or purses, or why is she looking though the trash in the limo? She seems to be unaware of what she is looking for, as she looks through the same bags and purses over and over again. Idle energy. Something is very very wrong with this picture. I was watching her eyes, they looked dilated to me. Kim is either on drugs, drinking , or mentally insane. I’m beginning to wonder if she doesnt have mental issues.
As far as Ken. I think he is getting a bad edit. While Kim sits obliviously, and makes demands, crouching on the floor in the bathroom for an insane amount of time. I think it was obvious she wanted to do her drugs, and did not want Ken to see her. I think he is watching her like a hawk, because he is trying to PROTECT her from herself.
He is so concerned about her, and decides to trash him…why? Because he is questioning her about her drug use. So now he is the problem. Blame Ken. Make him the bad guy, and Kim…once again, doesnt accept any responsibility for her actions.
And Brandi making fun of Kens face was very mean spirited. Hope it doesnt come back to bite her in the ass.

There is definitely some type of substance abuse going on other than alcohol. I’m not sure if its crack, meth, cocaine…. something along those lines, but BRAVO needed to step in a LONG time ago. Last episode was horrible!! & we only saw a small portion of what went on. Once again Shana Lynnette Hughs Sipes Taylor Ford Armstrong Kennedy had to bring the pity party, attention back on her. While clearly the other ladies (esp. Kyle) needed to be helping the person who REALLY needed help, Kim.
Kim is totally on crack. You just don’t crawl on the floor and look behind the shower curtain, and keep searching your make up bags for nothing. I liked when Ken said “just hand it to me in a towel”, and Kim said “no put it in a paper bag”. Can you say hot crack pipe. The limo ride was pathetic. Between the napkins and baggie, Kim pushing all the buttons and feeling all around,it was a train wreck!!!

Good thing that Kim was forced into rehab – tonight’s episode really shows her to be a tweaked out drug addict – sad that Bravo is profiting from her obvious problems.
Kim is one of those people you feel sympathy for and yet smack her at the same time. So pathetic to have come to this state, yet she will not listen to anyone – even reports of her being defiant in rehab. Can’t stand Kyle and believe she bears some responsibility because of her horrrible treatment of Kim in front of millions, but can certainly understand her frustation also w/ Kim. They seem to absolutely adore their deceased mother, but by all accounts she is the main reason for all of their issues. So embarrassing and demeaning for Kim in this episode – Bravo really needs to sit back and look at the destruction they are contributing to.
I feel so bad for Kim, she was supporting her family since she was in diapers, literally, and like many child stars who never had a normal childhood she is self-medicating r and in psychic pain. For Bravo to let this go on as long as they did, (I’m sure they knew last season) for ratings is reprehensible. Here is somebody who probably was abused. Here is somebody who has real self-esteem issues. Yet, they only help her because they are afraid they might have a legal problem if they don’t, not because they give a damn. I am so disgusted with Bravo. Taylor whines to the fake doctor that she didn’t have a two car family homelife like the rest of the kids. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. She was a cheerleader, homecoming queen and whatever else. Kim was on set for her mother her entire childhood. She didn’t have a childhood. You did. You just chose to be a criminal. Big difference. Didn’t you go to college taylor? How is that deprivation. I bet Kim would have loved to go to college. I am so sick of your self-absorbed histrionics and self-pity. Why don’t you pity the man who is dead, your daughter who will have to read your sick book someday so she can feel even worse about herself, along with his boys. Look what you have done to them. You are a selfish bitch and I hope you rot in hell. Eat crow because while you were fighting with Russell for three days you got hurt? You didn’t say he hit you! Because you can’t say that. If he had hit you while you were filing for divorce and broke your eye socket he would be in jail, or he would have had a restraining order. You would not have had a choice in the matter even if you lied to the police for some reason. The hospital is required by law to have a social worker ask you questions. Why would you lie then. It doesn’t make sense. You are a crafty, clever liar. But a liar, you are. That is proven. Reinvent this you bitch.

Gessie, hi! I agree with you. Trash knows the ropes. No way would she not have called police and had a record of abuse to use against Russ in a divorce. I believe she would use anything and anyone to get what she wants. Abuse would have been something she would have called newspapers and TMZ to come and take pictures and afterwards called police for restraining order. I am kind of amazed when she found Russ she didnt call papparazzi first thing. She is one horrible humanbeing….Kim? I understood Kyle worked in films or commercials when she was young also. Kathy seemed to do well herself. I think Kim had issues way before the drugs and whatever came on the scene. I think she blames everyone else for all she does wrong. I dont think Ken controls Kim at all. I think he is as messed up as she is. He just makes sure his graveytrain is functioning. He can use her and act like he is protecting her from the evil people who want to destroy her. She tries to act like the poor little hurt girl but I would imagine she yanks Ken around and controls him with money,drugs and the biggest carrot dangling being on the show! They deserve each other. Andy deserves a bigfoot enima along with all the other Bravo pimps.

Watching Kim last night was painful. She should not have left rehab so quickly. She needs, help, long term help. 30 days in rehab will not do a thing for this woman.
Ok so no elbows on the table but what about not threading anyone with bodily harm while at the table as in “I’m fixin to go all Oklahoma on your ass?” Or how bout dont simulate oral sex on a wad of cotton candy? SHAFT’s table manners reek!
It seems like Kim only film two interviews. There’s the one in which she’s wearing the wrapping paper with a bow shirt and the one in which she’s wearing a black tank sitting in a chair in a hotel room. If true, she basically had to run through the gamut of emotions of the entire season in 2 sittings. And by “run through” I mean act.
They kept telling Kim how beautiful she looked, I thought she looked sloppy.
Haven’t you ever hung out with a crackhead? As long as all the naughty bits are covered and there’s no visible sores, dirt or blood, you tell them they look beautiful.

im getting where everytime i see kim i gross out, they should not let her be on this show right now. all she is doing is making herself look bad. the last one i watched 2012 she had a line waiting for her to get out that bathroom (at lisa’s party). is everybody stupid why does her sister kyle act like there is nothing wrong with that? if you were taking pills you would not have a line outside waiting to use the ladies room. if it is crack that is gross and a very dirty cheap gross drug.
I think there is only 2 possible explanations for Kim’s absence from Shana and Dr Shady’s little performance at the table at Sur and they are both vile.
1. The producers realised she was not well enough to participate – yet kept filming despite the fact she could have OD’d in the bathroom.
2. It was a contrived scene filmed after Kim was in rehab complete with black eye makeup.
So which is it Bravo?
I am a recovered drug addict. Been clean over 6 years. My drug of choice was cocaine. Kim reminds me so much of me. Her dehydrated skin, everyone enabling her behavior and weird conversations, constantly digging in the purse, the cocaine limo ride and jokes about what she found, the line in the bathroom, saying she didn’t have “ANYTHING TO DRINK”. Oh it is just awful and embarrassing. They need to get her help instead of spotlighting her addiction. Celebrity rehab may be a better reality show for her. Ken does drugs with her as in the sniffing all the time on his part.
