She seems to delete most of the negative comments from her FB page. I noticed almost all of the comments are positive but she or her STANS will sometimes mention someone by name and comment on how mean they were. But then you can’t find any messages from anyone by that name, which means Shana must have deleted them.
I just checked her twitter and she has nothing on there for 20 hours now.
Now that’s some funny stuff. I think she completely lost control last night. Her PR team has probably muzzled her until they can figure something out. My vote is rehab: It’s kinda the only damage-repair move she’s got left. Not that I believe it can work on her; I know it can’t.

It seems like the nanny could breach the confidentiality agreement if she could show Taylor’s actions were harmful to the child in some way—and I am sure she could.

ok, her eye appeared puffy, however she didn’t move her face like it was hurt, just her regular normal crying and hysterics…. Kim was soooo messed up, I was embarrassed for her. It was uncomfortable to watch. None of the girls believed Taylor, my take, they all had to concede because her eye was puffy. Also Taylor got her own timeline fu@ked up in the video, she couldn’t recall when she got “hit”. I love Adrienne and Camille in this episode for calling a “rat” a “rat”. Lisa nodded, but in the end she agreed with Taylor and in the end they all put their hands together in solidarity… But look at their faces…

Wow, just saw the episode too. Adrienne sees through Taylor but will likely play it safe with her accusations because she knows how volatile it is. Taylor turning up to the party with her “psychiatrist” (I call complete BS on that “professional”: a real licensed therapist knows how to maintain boundaries with their client. I didn’t even know my psychiatrist’s home number. She was my doctor, not my buddy. I digress…) and a black eye seemed like a deliberate attempt to make the other wives feel guilty for doubting her. I remember using the same tactics as a little kid – my parents made me eat the dreaded cauliflower for dinner and now I’m going to mope about for the rest of the night looking sick and hoping that I’ll throw up so that they’ll feel so bad for what they did to me. Lucky for me, my parents were a little smarter than the housewives.
Basically, Taylor was using the abuse angle to excuse herself of any responsibility in what went down with Russell’s lawsuits, which Camille and Adrienne seemed to think she was deep down in cahoots with.
Also, it makes no sense for a controlling abuser to leave his wife when she asks him… Taylor has NEVER fit the profile of an abused woman. Abused women aren’t weak people, but they are often cut off from family and friends and any kind of means of becoming independent. Abused women CAN be wealthy, of course, but usually their husband controls the money completely, or they’re so cut off from family and friends that they have nowhere to turn. Taylor was a spokesperson for a Domestic Violence charity. So not only did she have wealthy friends who were willing to host her at their homes should she have left Russell, not only did she have her own independent money from the show and endorsement deals, but she at the very least had access to the resources specifically reserved for abused women that she PROMOTED herself. It is completely abusive and irresponsible to her daughter if she was indeed in an abusive situation with so many options out which she didn’t take.
When people say abused wives stay with their abusers for so long, or that they go back, they are talking about women who are often in a COMPLETELY different context than Taylor.

When Taylor comes out with the jacket on her head, she invited more attention, as you can hear by the paparazzi guy screaming that something must have happened to her, including about her stumbling and whatnot. She just gave the paps more bait by putting that jacket on her head as if there was something to hide. It’s like when a cat runs when it sees a dog & the dog will give chase vs a cat who’ll just sit there & clean herself while the dog will just whine cuz there’s nothing to chase.
If Taylor wanted less drama, then she would have come out of the restaurant acting normally and not pretending like something dramatic happened to her & then that crying bit in the car. She gave something to the paps to chase her down for.
Since she went in all happy with no problems from the paps, then that’s the way she should have come out IF she didn’t want drama.

I have that disease in my family as well as a couple of friends (all in Section 8 housing due to the severity of their disease) and I don’t see any of the classic symptology there in her histrionic actions. What SHAFT does present is classic Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Borderline Personality Disorder: a combo of narcissistic, antisocial and histrionic. On the “borderline” of sanity and insanity. I also think she’s comorbid ASPD. NPD won’t even be in the DSM-V, since it’s no longer considered a substantial enough deviation from “normal.” Maybe you knew that already.

Robin, She is refering to Borderline Personality Disorder. Bipolar is different and can be treated with meds. Borderline personality disorder is a character flaw of which no cure exists.
Yeah, bipolarity is unfortunate but often very manageable. A lot of geniuses and high-functioning people (and artists) have it; nothing to be ashamed of. I know people with it too and every now and then, they have an episode. But they’re not sh*tty people, or lacking character or conscience, as with BPD.

I think with all of the scrutiny on her,especially after writing her book, which can’t possibly help others know how to heal since she was writing it before he died, than she is holding herself out to be questioned on what she wrote, Had she not done the talk show rounds bashing her deceased husband and not have completed a book of recovery she herself has still not done, then the public would probably have let it be. With all of the reports of people being worried about her drinking , we will no doubt hear she has gone into rehab, just long enoughbe out and to do her book tour when it is, or if it is released.

I don’t buy her poor, widowed Taylor, abused, etc. If she really had any empathy or feelings for her marriage and for the fact that her daughter was possibly in danger if her DV claims are true, she would have shed more than a few tears at the reunion. After replaying the Colorado episode I’m positive I can explain what happened.
She hadn’t eaten all day. She spent a lot of time in a really, really hot hot-tub before going to the bar. She was wearing really, really high heels and the altitude got to her. She was finally going out in public after a long grieving period and she was really nervous, I mean, you know her..she just grabs a drink to calm her nerves and after two she’s “three sheets to the wind” And, you know, she ordered a Ciroc and they only had Grey Goose… and the waiter didn’t recognize her…and then someone took her makeup bag and she felt like she was breaking… and then she got a sarcastic tweet from that mean B Brandi… who had her name in her mouth and she didn’t like it…. Ya know the way she is, she never sticks up for herself but she’s finally found her voice… and she found her blackberry…and mean tweeted…and then deleted it…cause she’s always trying to play peacemaker and put icing on that cake to make it look better…
