This is a clothing store, but the owner can’t pick out a tie that will fit him… and Prince Albie looks like he just rolled outta his side of the bed.
One new Franklin Lakes boutique clothing store had some star power at its soft opening last night. Real Housewives of New Jersey star Albie Manzo was in attendance for his friend’s new boutique… located on Franklin Lakes Road… (“star”???… whatever…)
And you can expect to see plenty of the Manzos around the boutique in the coming months.
“Albie is a friend of mine who came to show his support,” said Bijan Zamanian. “His sister is opening a make-up studio a few doors down, so we’re going to be seeing a lot more of him and his family.”
He must be Albie’s boyfriend

Boy, Lauren really is the black sheep. She’s opening her makeup studio months after season 4 wrapped filming and before season 5 picks up. I’m surprised no one in her family of marketing experts advised to wait.

Hmm that store front… Let me just say its looks very nice, very classy , well put together and it makes my gaydar go off. I can honestly say that even if I had not read the comments above and I walked into that store myself, I would think , this has a gay man’s touch, I always love that look and it always stands out to me, if a Franklin Lakes lady decorated that it would be all leopard print and rhinstones(think Dina Manzo).
Dina Manzo is a gold-plated wall sconce or two from having the same taste as Sister Jan Crouch on TBN.

I think it’s great that Lauren is opening up her own makeup studio. It’s great to see her doing something she can cultivate into a lively career and something she obviously loves to do. It would be nice too if her cousin Ashley/Ashlee could look at Lauren and be inspired to learn a marketable skill and carve her own space in the world.
The difference is, Lauren has parental $upport and Ashley was thrown out of the house. Did she steal from her Grandmother’s purse? Deal drugs? Smoke pot in her room ?
No, she was a child of divorce, who said she didn’t know where she belonged in the world, she was lazy and instead of having her reputation and her feeling protected by he mother was ambushed on national t.v. where four grown adults who were banging down the booze staged an intervention to get her to stop partying so much and find some direction. Later the father and stepmother burned their house to the ground for insurance money and the mother had a mental breakdown on twitter and she and her husband are being sued for bankruptcy fraud. And you wonder why Ashlee is a little screwed up? Only mothers who have been through the early twenties with their kids are allowed to bash Ashley. Your toddlers will be perfect, I promise you.
Your dead on, truly dead on. I’ve always believed that they (Manzo’s and the rest) treated her different because she wasn’t Chris’s child but some other man’s child. So they continued to dump on her and dump on her. And I think she was able to tell that her mother made the decision instead of protecting her she took their side, and that is why she has no respect for her mother. I’ve always liked Ashley, I know she can be a brat but I’ve always liked her. Because I was in the same situation, it feels really lonely when nobody is there in your corner. People wonder why does a child act that way, you have to look at he family and extended family environment that they had to live in.
Because a child is supposed to look at their parents and adults like they wouldn’t do anything wrong, but they where doing things wrong. How does a child try to manouver in an environment like that.

Lauren is opening a makeup store. Just another reason why the Manzo’s hate Teresa! Teresa already has a make up line. Looks like what Teresa had to say about them being upset because of all her businesses is correct. Lauren had several years to get her make up line and/or store up and running but she failed to put in the time and energy.
The Manzo’s and Jac can’t sit back and not put forth the effort and then complain when someone else comes out with the products.
Why would they be pimping last year’s show. Who cares – lots of people go all out for Christmas Eve dinner. For all her biiiiiigggg family – not that many show up. Old NJ girl – you got it right. ManzoManiacs are so used to getting everything and not working for it or shafting people in getting what they want. Yeah for Teresa all the way.

All kidding aside, I’m really confused about Lauren’s new business venture. Her last one was a ” Beauty Bar” and the newest one is a ” Make-up Store”? Am I getting that right? And maybe this is a dumb question, but what exactly is a “Make-up Store”? Presumably, it’s a store that sells just make-up, right? I can’t think of single store, whether it be a big chain or a small, sole proprietor, boutiquey type of place that sells JUST make-up, or even make-up and only a few other things. It just doesn’t seem like a solid business plan to me. Then again, I’m not a business person.
Have you ever heard of MAC stores? That’s kinda their thing. They only sell makeup. Granted, their product is world-class, more competitive then Lauren’s. Still, I can’t knock a business model that is working for MAC.

If my memory is correct ” Laurens makeup was on an informerical called Mallys or Malleys “( excuse my spelling and anyone could buy it”) .,and mama moronzo bought it and we now have ” The new an improved Make up Store”? WTH as Guilty has pointed out { who does that} as a legit buisness? Lauren didnt go to a cosmotology school so how did she get a license to do makeup? In my state you have to go cosmotology to be a licensed makeup artist.

Lauren was shown on the first season starting to go to a beauty school, then the next season going and finishing a makeup school. My question is, did she ever finish the first school and get a cosmetology license?Her mom really wanted her to get that full license, which would have been the correct thing to do. I bet she didn’t because she is a brat. Now she is going to sell and do makeup in the store. I think it will be an EPIC failure. Lauren does not have the drive to stay in the store 12 hrs a day to try to make it work. She should work at the Brownstone doing makeup for brides!!! That would actually bring in some business for her dad and would be less money to run. The rent on her new store must be high.
