There’s no formal dress code for court. Attorneys are expected to wear a suit/jacket. The general rule for litigants is just no jeans or shorts or anything distracting/revealing. Bravo gave a shot of what the other litigants were wearing; they were more casual than Bob. If Bob wore jeans, he shouldn’t do it again; otherwise, his collared shirt is just fine and Phaedra should find a real argument.

Totally understandable. No, Phaedra’s deflecting from the real issues and is posturing, to seem like she’s in control of the situation and above him. I don’t fault her for it; she’s great at playing her role and she’s fun to watch.

His comments about “knowing people down there” and “being above the law” were obvious sarcasm; he’s being a smartass (which isn’t very cute). He does sound like a big dope, and I can see why no one would be interested in hiring him for a REAL job. But Sheree chose this clown and made babies with him. Now she expects something other than what she knows about him? What’s that say about her? You know what Maya Angelou says: “When people show you who they are . . ..” Sheree needs to move on for the sake of her kids and preserving any shred of sanity that she may have left. This guy’s a turnip. I do believe he’s broke and that’s one reason why he’s acting so arrogant.
According to reports it seems the straight from A blogger Michelle is sleeping with Bob Whitfield and so is a little biased. Some people thought that she did not have Bob’s permission to post their conversation on her blog she did Bob was well aware of what she was going to do.

Sounds like it. He even specifically says “I wanna give a quote on this”, he knows it’s an interview. That’s why I’m totally done with him. He’s either very stupid, or really is so cocky he does think he is above the law. What rational being gives an interview on WHY he doesn’t pay child support!?! OMG. I just can’t with him. No wonder he doesn’t have a lawyer, they probably fire him.

But if I didnt have enough money to feed my kids and had to use their birthday money to get food, I would be taking those 300 dollar shirts to the consignment shop of having a yard sale,.

I think Bob not only has a bachelor’s degree but possibly an advanced degree. I expect the court system to be fair and equitable. Prior to RHOA if She was a housewife only with no income and that has changed, I believe an adjustment is necessary. If She is just waiting on some man to support her lifestyle then she needs to get some job training or education to support herself. I could not believe She was sticking her name on the designs of the seamstress literally. I mean she did not even pick out fabrics or make specific details let alone draw the design on paper. Since RHOA, if she were serious in my respect she would be finishing a design degree program at the SCAD Atlanta campus. I think she thinks she is too cute to work and is expecting some big baller to give her a luxurious lifestyle. Everyone is downsizing now and do not want to waste all their income on their energy costs and this knucklehead wants to build a Chateau with a library but doesn’t read? Go back and look at that scene with so called builder, it had me cracking up. She’s objective is to get by on her looks but like Peter said she is not cute and she looks like she is built like a mini-refrigerator or li’l line backer.

I’ll say this… this dude is the pure definition of idiot. Which leads me to another thought… Clearly Sheree married this dude for his money…. when he had money that is. He can’t put a comprehensible sentence together without sounding like an honest to goodness dumb jock. Poor dude doesn’t have all the marbles his creator intended him to have – that’s a fact. Now…. why she hasn’t chased his butt down for money in the last 4 years – that surprises me. But she certainly didn’t marry this guy because he put a light in her eyes and love in her heart

Not sure. Anywho… sorry for lambasting an idiot while showing an abridged understanding of the English language myself! 
There is a very fine line between genius and madness I think Bob is tottering on that line, he appears to be a moron but he managed to outsmart Phaedra by submitting a contempt of court it doesn’t really matter what for, the fact is Phaedra was not aware this was going to happen. Therefore, I would imagine the proceedings would have been adjourned in order for Phaedra to respond. This is probably a delay tactic and will most likely get him nowhere in the end. I just don’t think Bob is as dumb as he acts or looks!
Everybody seems to think this guy sounds “dumb” or “slow”. I think he was drunk or high during that conversation. Listen to it again. I have to say–he looks like he is a few slices short of a loaf of bread.

I don’t get any of this. Why would Bob Whitfield sign a waiver and allow himself to be filmed during this child support battle? The only reason that makes any sense would be that he is being paid by Bravo or Sheree. Is there something I’m missing here?
The only reason I can think of is because things isn’t the way Sheree sayz they is. I have a feeling that some embarrassment is in store for her.

The fact remains that he is the father and has a responsibility to care for that child. It doesn’t look like he is missing any meals. And even if he doesn’t have the money now, why didn’t he and Sherree make sure money was set aside for college expenses, etc. when they had the money? Ever hear of a trust?
Sherree is silly and not in a good way. I know she is not likeable but she has not had him put in jail for four years. She should have. As a person who’s father did not pay child support let me say regardless of how much money the mother has, a father should help because he loves his kids. This man refuses to help. He is a deadbeat dad and that is wrong no matter how much we dislike the mother. I would like to add though, If Sherree wants her money she needs to pay her damn lawyer. I am guessing if she had treated this in a serious manner and paid her lawyer and prepared, she would have shown Bob for what he is, an idiot. And do not be mistaken, someone gave that man legal advise. He did not draft a legal document on his own. He is trying to appear broke and unable to retain legal services. A good judge would see right through that crap. I hope she gets that money, not for her but so the kids will not have to go through this.

Their kids do have a trust that covers their expenses. Bob alluded to it when he said he has a house for them & pays for their ish. Sheree’s problem is that she wants the money to go directly to her. Bob refuses to give her money in hand because she defrauded him after the divorce. He had to give her $1.1MM, which she didn’t think was enough. He fronted her $400K to buy a new house. He was supposed pay another $400K after selling their house. Sheree asked for it up front & he gave it to her. Then she wouldn’t leave the house while she appealed for more dough. They lost the house because she wouldn’t leave or pay. Bob lost out on his equity in the $2.6MM house because of her. He’d already given her $400K for what she prevented him from getting. That is the contempt that Bob laid out in court. I wouldn’t pay her either. The $400K she stole is a lot more than the child support she thinks he’s behind. That’s also why she wouldn’t have him arrested. She CAN’T because all he has to do is show what he’s paid & she’s just thinking about what she wants him to pay her.
Prepare for a long response because I’ve been disgusted by this entire situation from the beginning! No. I don’t think Bob agreed to be taped knowing that things would go the way it did. No. I don’t think Sheree thought things out before agreeing to go along with the storyline because it’s obvious that Bob does for the kids and always have. It’s Sheree who is always out at the club and traveling from city to city to hang out and shop. She is desperate and needs to keep her job so she will do ANYTHING to stay on the Bravo payroll even sell out her ex husband and kids.
Bob on the other hand seems like he just wants to keep his ex-wife out of his pockets so I can understand if he plays along knowing there’s just a smidgen of truth in the lies she tells. i.e. No he never paid child support because he doesn’t have to. He gave her moeny up front and the court documents I read on another site clearly statted that she was to deduct support from the money he gave her AND she was supposd to open an account with funds designated for the children’s education. Bravo was smart using Child Support as a hot button because every single mother in America has an opinion about it based on their own “deadbeat” dads.
Bob is NOT stupid but he does sound depressed and I attribute that to being caught up in the Bravo cycle of having to go along with the story knowing it’s only half true. I has to be obvious to anyone (even him with that wonky eye) that Bravo is all that Shearee has to lean on. If she gets the boot then what?
Like he said the kids are straight but let’s not forget about Russell Armstrong, the “househusband” who committed suicide under the pressure of his life being on display for the world to see. Something just doesn’t sit right with this case and Bravo has blood on its hands already.
I do NOT belive for one minute that man is broke but Sharee acts like she wishes he were. He played football for all those years and earned his millions and what job has she ever had to feel like she is OWED all of his money. Women like her make all women look bad. I bet she will be sorry if Bob checks out under all the pressure she has put on him.
