Alexis Bellino had a nose job on October 17. She says that people encountering her these days notice that something about her has changed, but they tend not to immediately realize what it is. Alexis was concerned that her husband, Taliban Jimbo Bellino wouldn’t like the outcome… but…

Hmmm…What is it with this chick? What a hypocrite. These two comments:

I wonder if she has asked herself why she judges people and their lifestyle choices, but to judge her makes someone not a “real” Christian. If someone wants to marry someone of the same sex and it makes them happy, that is a sin according to her…even if it makes them happy…but she is a Christian doing whatever makes her happy…including judging people?
This air head is really, really stoopid. She believes she can judge, but no one else can pass judgment on her. She believes God wants her to do whatever makes her happy, but no one else should have the freedom to make themselves happy and be a Christian doing anything if air head doesn’t agree. If only she could get someone to comp her a freebie brain to make herself happy.

Yeah; I do think she is pretty; most of the OC wives are; but her personality and throwing that religious card around makes her not attractive at all! Like I have mention in some of my blogs be careful when people start using it; especially the housewives; if they were Catholic would they allow Bravo cameras in the confessionals? There would be some ratings!
Yeah, that’s her point, isn’t it? I’m not a big OC fan, but I think it’s other people who are trying to say she’s not a “real” christian, right? But since I don’t religiously watch the show (ha!) I’m not aware anyone really ever said she wasn’t a Christian. But if that’s the case, I cry foul.
California people are just crazy. But, hey. If you say you’re a Christian and you don’t murder people, rape women or hurt children, I pretty much think God and you can the sort the rest out.

And that makes me sad. So sad that people are religiously abused to the point of despair. I am a christian who is sure that God loves me in all my crazy glory. flaws n all. I dont get it “right” even half the time but I still find comfort in the fact that God sees my heart and loves me anyways. If God loves me ,then he loves my gay brothers and sisters too. Shutter to think that my sexual preference would gain me entrance to heaven or bar me from it. Can we have a bit of church up in here?

The political climate has brought the Christian extremists out of the woodwork more and more and their actions are being held up to their preachings and their hypocrisy becomes blinding in it’s inconsistency’s.
It’s not just Christianity, there are people/groups in every major religion that go counter to the teachings of love, forgiveness and acceptance when it comes to issues that are fearful to them or can be used to judge others in the name of God/Allah/
Jehovah/Buddha etc…
The TRUE God of the Universe is nothing like any person you know on Earth or any other man-made god. It took me a long time to process that God isn’t anything like my own Dad. I lived with the idea that God was sitting up there with his big finger ready to point it at me when I messed up, strike me down, and then turn His back on me making me feel ashamed and ostracized. So.Not.True. No where does Jesus (who is God’s Son and a reflection of the Father) treat anyone like that even under torture. God put it in us to know Him as He is. I think that is why “Christian in name only’s” are so offensive.

No, I think Alexis is Histrionic Personality Disorder, extremely codependent, and a complimentary narcissist to her husband. I think her narcissism is just traits and overcompensation for extremely low self-image, not NPD. I think her apparent-narcissistic traits are mostly due to “brainwashing” by her husband, because she is his narcissistic supply. He is a true malignant narcissist, without conscious or empathy. She would see a ruthless side of him if she tried to leave, and he would probably try to starve her out. He controls her through her fear of, and intimidation by, his superior “power” and “wisdom.” My guess is that he controls all the money, as well, and she may not even be aware of that. He probably gives her an “allowance,” and hides the rest–and still doesn’t have nearly as much as she thinks he does.

I do think Alexis will leave him someday. Either she will catch him cheating, which is a possibility with a man who is only looking to get his needs met without regard to anyone else or she will truly see the light and realize what’s up.
I get the sense that she’s playing a role, like a little girl playing house, and eventually she’ll evolve out of it and realize that if she stays, he won’t allow her to grow as she wishes to because it threatens him too deeply.
As sad and annoying as she can be, I still think that she can do better than Jim on every level and would be a healthier and happier person with a different sort of man.

I have hope for her too, and think she can do way better–but she has to break free before she can grow up, because JimBob will become a warden if it appears that she’s doing too much thinking on her own. I think Alexis’ mother is her sympathetic witness, so at least she’ll have some support when she’s ready to leave.

The biggest obstacle I see is the possible “God hates divorce” angle that Jim could hammer away at, but if God really wants her to be happy then why can’t she divorce someone who is oppressive?

The problem with Alexis is that she is the biggest hypocrite, well next to Melissa. Honestly, I all for plastic surgery in moderation, I’d have nothing to say about what she does to enhance her appearance, however, she tries to come off as a serious Christian and it is insulting to REAL Christians. It SAYS in the BIBLE by GOD himself not to alter your body, (no tattoos, no piercings, no plastic surgery). If she wants to be REAL than she needs to follow what GOD says is right and wrong, not just pick and choose what to follow based on what suits her. Tamra’s by far the best looking. At least all her facial features are in the right places, even if her mouth is out of control. Alexis has a nice body (from being anorexic), but she’s got a butterface. And the rest of them look like trolls.

I think Tray-Tray’s, aka Cedric 2.0, world just about came crashing in on her in tonight’s episode. If anyone still believes she is telling the truth and that Bravo wasn’t leading Russell with those questions with the therapist….is just wrong!!! Cedric 2.0 was clearly afraid of getting exposed at the end of the season. I am more convinced after watching this episode that Russell did not kill himself and the bruises found in the autopsy are not self inflicted.

I am gonna come out of my self imposed ban on commenting on this to say this. Bravo is nailing her coffin shut with this edit. Russel is not looking bad at all. I felt SO sad watching Russell at Kennedy’s birthday party.
Part of it was that gut wrenching music Bravo was playing in the background, but he just seems so impotent to me. Sad and lost.
I so agree about Taylor being edited to look totally unstable, not totally sure it’s editing, it may be all the footage they have on her.
I do think he had the potential for being an abuser and may have been shady in business with and without her, he very well may have been abusive,but there is so much more than meets the eye with that dynamic and I think she preyed on him heavily during their courtship with her sneaky pathology .
Taylor abused him in ways that were intentional though may not be visible, and could definitely lead to feelings of powerlessness, rage and perhaps physical violence out of helplessness and frustration on his part.

SD, imagine being so consumed with your looks and what your hubs thinks about your looks! People think its weird i always get dresses (no sweats) and do my hair/make-up for myself/hubs. Part of it is that i feel terrible and think looking good, getting dressed helps me portray some semblance of being well. Secondly, i believe in putting your best foot forward for your mate. We did it when we were courting them, why stop? Same reasons i always say please and thank you and give him massages everyday. The thing is, my hubs says he appreciates my efforts but would adore me regardless of these physical things. If you dont have a mate that appreciates and adores you- find one that will. Amirite?

Geez, I miss Peggy already. What happened to “normal” housewives? I love watching their rich behinds throw lavish parties and go shopping. All of the drama, hypocrisy, and fraudulent scandalous behavior can go. *sigh*
Peggy was normal? Um, as far as trainwrecks go . . . okay. PPD wasn’t that her entire issue. There was an eating disorder, as well. Still, that wasn’t all. The reason she and Alexis were frenemies, and then just enemies, is because they have the same personality disorder: HPD: drama creating, attention seeking, fragile self image, eating disorders, depression, emotional instability. Alexis’ husband is a narcissistic, misogynistic bastage. I didn’t have Peggy’s husband figured out yet, but their marriage was lacking chemistry. There was something wrong that we didn’t get a chance to see.

I thought his mother was gorgeous just as she was. I was surprised she went for the cosmetic work. Must be hard living in BH and aging gracefully.
I have fam in oc/bh (i was born there and lived there) who all had fake boobs, blown lips, tattooed eye make-up, fake lashes, lipo, hair extensions… (My mom was the only natural beauty)- now that their mid-60s, my moms the only one who doesnt look like a cross between a blow up sex doll and a cat.
What a shame! She was pretty with her original nose.

There was nothing wrong with her nose, IMO. It wasn’t the conventional perfect nose (what is?), but it wasn’t ugly either. It was unique and gave her face character. The “after” picture isn’t a very clear shot, but from what I see, the new nose is too thin and makes her eyes seem like they’re too close together.
i agree. I think she looked prettier and more unique before her surgery. Now she looks like she has just made the first step towards joker face. What a shame.
Oh, dammit. Alexis is, in my view, quite naturally pretty (gorgeous big brown eyes!). She doesn’t need any surgery but she may very well need a psychoanalyst to figure out why she is so obsessed with her looks.
I don’t mean to be horrible, but I cannot imagine having to lug around those giant honkers for the rest of my life. I think I’m fairly fairly well endowed with a small D cup and her boobs are twice as big as mine.
These women were on my flight back from L.A. to Miami. It was the red-eye and they were crammed in coach like the rest of the mortals. I didn’t know who they were until my daughters told me. I don’t know what they are supposed to look like but they had horrible plastic surgery faces, it was really quite sad and were in full make-up and lashes, hair etc. dressed in the brightest beachwear you have ever seen. They looked like a hooker convention.
I have never seen this show, so I don’t know what this woman used to look like, but she was on my plane yesterday to Miami and the first thing I noticed about her, without even knowing who she is was a woman with a terrible stubby nose job. It might look good on camera but in person the tip is cut off and it looks like a petit pig snout. Seriously. It draws attention to itself.
Ima tellin ya I think those are done for the sole purpose of rootin around in their hubs b-holes.

Unfortunately she grew up (Alexis) 60 miles from me in Missouri and she IS EMBARRASSING TO ALL MISSOURIANS! I can’t stand her hypocrite butt and her husband is fugly i wouldn’t touch him with a ten foot pole. SHe needs to be pimped slapped but then again that would not damage her brain because obviouslly she has no brain all jelly in that cranium. They are broke and tired PLease Bravo kick them off along with Taylor (Shana), and Kim all these other wastes of space.
