Teresa Giudice made an appearance on the Wendy Williams Show… obviously to push her “collection of recipes,” ’cause Tree gave the same old tired canned answers to every question Wendy threw at her. It’s always the same old Bravo line: ”Oh, you’ll just have to watch…” Puke.
Tree would not give straight answers about:
- Tree being on Celebrity Apprentice (even though photos of Tree “competing” with fellow contestants have been all over the intraweb… )
- Being pegged as a villain on the Real Housewives of New Jersey
- Would not comment on Don Caroline Moron-zo’s financial situation
- Nor comment on Jax Laurita’s financial situation
- Said that Juicy’s meeting with Davana Medina in Clinton NJ was just two old friends having dinner at TGIF

All the lil kids bring in their parents’ favorite recipes and they’re all combined into a book to be sold as a school fundraiser?? Well, at least Tree’s really callin’ her book what it really is!
Love that Wendy doesn’t pretend to love the food just for Teresa’s sake.
I gotta say she is getting pretty savvy. It is smart of her not to bash MeGo and Don Carol when the public opinion is swinging her way fro the most part. . That last dish did not look appetizing at all. The artichoke did.
I absolutely agree, Loo! It was very dignified of Teresa to politely but firmly tell Wendy and the audience that she will not get into others’ personal business. I felt that that was genuine and I respect that highly. Good for her.
It’s funny how I used to think how Teresa was the nut-job for the last two seasons, I’ve sure done a turn around. I agree with you 100% that she is now the only one that seems to have any class when being interviewed. No matter what;s going on with her now, she still has more going for her than those other idiots!

I’ve noticed that whenever all eyes are on Tre, she flubs up her words a lot. Some people aren’t good at explaining themselves sometimes. Reminds me of Alex McCord and not being able to spit her words out. I do it too, occasionally. Doesn’t make me (or Tre) stoopid. I don’t mind her Tre’isms. =)

I do the same thing. It typically happens when I am nervous or feel intimidated by someone. I HATE it. It will happen on dates (until I’m comfortable with the person) and I am so afraid my date will think I’m an idiot.

I though Teresa handled the questions about her castmates very well. Teresa had every right to dish the dirt on Jac and Don Car after everything they said and did on camera and twitter. Good for Teresa for taking the high road and not lowering herself to their level, Proud of you Teresa!
I can’t see how Teresa is going to be able to bail out her family from their financial problems. I admire that she is trying but she would have to sell millions of books to even make a small dent. I doubt what she makes will pay for her legal fees and back taxes to the IRS. I can’t imagine what the interest is on 2 years of unpaid taxes.

You can’t get out from under the IRS. That’s going to be their biggest nightmare. The fraud issue isn’t go away like T thinks it is. T was a guilty as Joe as far as hiding assets.

There is a BIG difference between personal debt and business debt. Just ask Jac! Teresa and Joe will get all the personal debt paid off if it has been already. Joe sold some of the real estate and has paid off some of the business debt. I know a ton of real estate developers, builders, agents and large real estate companies like Re/Max that have bankrupt in the last few years due to this economy. Makes me wonder what else Joe Gorga is doing to make money. It sure can’t be just from real estate and building.
In the court Doc’s he has a stone company that he was pulling out a healthy income out of. It was one of the businesses he failed to mention.
The exposure she’ll get on Celebrity Apprentice will boost her star power way ahead of any other housewife. She’ll be able to sell her books and booze to a much wider audience, plus her price for interviews will skyrocket. She may be able to pull it off. I have to give her a lot of credit, the first two seasons she was a loose cannon. She’s got someone smart giving her PR advice. She did very well in this interview. She came across as very likable.
Her debt was 11 million, but her assets haven’t been fully disclosed. She had at least 3 million, because she sold some off to cut it down to 8 million. If she loses money on investments she can carry that over for years on her taxes. I don’t know, she may not be in as much trouble as she plays it up. I kinda think that’s all a sympathy game.
How can it be sympathy game when every time she is asked about it she doesn’t answer except to say she can’t talk about it. Their personal debt should be paid off now since Teresa debt was $100,000 the rest was business. It will take some time to pay off all the business debt (which belongs to Joe’s businesses not T) or work out a settlement.
Their debt is no where near paid off .and it is her debt to since her name is on all the mortgage’s and other debt/ if u think all she is responsible for is 100,000 bucks think again and she isnt cutting back and paying things off like she wants everyone to think.

I think Teresa is handling herself well considering what happened all season and at the reunion. She is definitely taking the high road and has proved she is the better friend to Jac and Don Caro by not spilling any of the details about them. They basically disposed of her and kissed up to MeGo and Kathy who both did their best to make her look horrible. She knows a lot and shows a lot of class by not being spiteful like all of the others have been. Teresa is far from perfect but is working hard for her family. I hope things work out for her.
Yeah her PR is working overtime…WOW and they are doing a pretty good job. Camille G also hired a PR company and she is doing pretty good.
Is it possible that Tree’s PR company pushed to get Mel on the show to create a villain? Best thing that ever happened to Tree is for her to let us meet her wench of a sister in law and her boob of a brother. Suddenly nuttin but sunshine and rainbows shootin out Trees rear end in comparison.
I doubt it. I really do think that Tre cares for her brother. That is what makes it so heartbreaking. I too loved that Tree didn’t expose anyone else and yet subtly dug a little bit by saying that she doesn’t get involved in other people’s business like they do with hers.
She did get a little dig in by proving a point that she was staying above talking about details of their lives as they do hers.
I bet there are some good recipes in her cookbook. She picked a smart way to make some $$ and market herself through authentic Italian cooking, it makes sense.

OK, call me stoopid, I hate cooking and don’t know much about it, but I thought a cookbook was a collection of recipes. What IS a cookbook exactly?
Anyhow, I thought Teresa was great, she looked great, her food looked great. Even if Wendy didn’t care for the 3rd dish, to me, mmmmm, noodles, cheese, tomato sauce, that alone makes me drool.
i liked the looks of all the dishes also, but especially the third one too! cheesy goodness all the way!
A cookbook IS a collection of recipes, but it is typically put out by the person who developed those recipes. So, being that Fabulicious is not Teresa’s but a collection from various family members, they might think it’s more appropriate to market it as such.
On one episode where Tre, MeGo and Tre’s parents & both Joes were all sitting around the dinner table eating…I want that soup recipe…looks like minestrone…sooo good. Haven’t looked thru her cookbooks at all…most of her food is appealing (looking).

I love Wendy, and her lack of fear in asking hard questions. She says what she thinks, and doesn’t try to recant if someone holds her to it. Teresa is Teresa, cunning in her stupid way. Annah I could be wrong, but a cookbook is original recipes from the author, or recipes that have the cook/authors own touches. Or as Webster defines it recipes, and the intricate preparation of food. I think Teresa is saying that she collected her recipes from other people, and put them in a book, as S.H. said, similar to a classroom recipe book

After the Giudices filed for bankrupcy in 2009, it came out that they had not filed tax returns for 06, 07, and 08. Snipes was indicted in 2006 for various tax violations starting in 1996. So the IRS may still come after them.

i have a bit of teresa in me, i say what i think, and i don’t blow smoke up anyone’s rear ends. that being said, i was not a fan of her arrogance this season, i really thought she was trying to make herself look better than everyone else. i like caroline and her family, sorry but i do. i think jax needs to stop itting on the fence and going whatever way the wind blows, she stood by teresa through alot and was not a very good friend this season. kathy, she annoys me, but i love her kids, they are great kids and a nasty person usually doesn’t have that great of kids. makes you wonder how much of crazy danielle was editing, she also has pretty great kids. melissa has a ton of people snowed, i like how she parents far more than how teresa parents, teresa’s kids really need to be in a cage or something. those are the wildest kids i have ever seen and her husband sucks. i admire teresa’a work ethic, i really do, but to pretend you are just fine is crazy. there are good and bad about all of them and i am really sad that i am not liking teresa so much right now, nor jax for that matter.
Not true about nasty parents not having great kids. I know a lot of children/adults that are great and have shitty parents. One person I know has the most evil disgusting self-centered parents and this person turned out generous, loving person that put everyone above themselves, including their shitty parents. Thank God I have parents that would be anything for me. The only out of control child Teresa has is Milania and someone who knows these kids well told me they are great kids and Milania has Attention Deficit and that is why she is like that. Melissa doesn’t parent her child, she is too busy partying. She has nannys that take care of them, because as Melissa says, she can afford to have 3 nannys unlike Teresa.
Agree! Every time we see Melissa’s kids they are ALWAYS sick or playing/sleeping on the floor or pool table. Melissa is hardly with her kids except when theirs a photo opt. Teresa is ALL about her kids and they are not bad. She is very hands on. Plus, there is FOUR girls. They are going to fight with each other since there is more “competition.” Milania is into everything, but that is just one child and she is only 5. She is still a CHILD, they get that way (handfuls, but not bad or monsters). The other three seem harmless. Btw, have we ever heard Mel’s kids speak??

Whoever called this woman “classy” needs to revisit a dictionary. She is the exact opposite of classy. Trashy is more like it.
Class comes naturally. Class is carrying yourself with elegance and sophistication, and being able to put a sentence together. That’s right. If you’re not smart, you’re not classy. It’s knowing what to say and when to say it, and when to bite your tongue. Classy is how you behave 24/7, without thinking twice about it – not because you have PR breathing down your neck about damage control and plotting ways to become more likable just so your “brand” can flourish.

I disagree — Teresa did indeed demonstrate class during this appearance, by politely refusing to “dish” on her castmates reputed personal problems, and by constantly turning to the audience to answer questions and engage them. She was warm, gracious and fully in control. I truly applaud her.
OK, you have A point, Teresa isn’t exactly the ‘classiest’ woman in the world but she DID handle the interview in a very classy way. But you know what, I’m not exactly ‘classy’ either, I’m moral, brash, outspoken, strong, sexy, smart and hot tempered, we don’t all need to have the world describe, or view, us as ‘classy’ to be respected and loved. So if you choose to dislike someone because they don’t fulfill you impression of what class is and you only surround yourself with perfect people who never fall short of ‘class’, then I guess that says a lot about you.

Obviously people like her cookbook because people are buying it and there is nothing wrong with using your mom’s recipes as everyone has their recipes passed down to them. It is for people to decide if they want to buy her book, if you don’t like it, don’t buy it. I think people that attack other people on an opinion forum are sad and lonely people. I know, right! That person got really mad over our sympathy and liking of Teresa. Obviously that poster was someone who personally has a problem with Teresa and wants her to fall on her face, like Jac, Caroline or 1 of their 100 family members or the always white trash Marco family, or one of their many family members. I doubt someone having nothing to do with those families would name call people they don’t know dumb or sad.
I am a pretty smart person who can see through the childish behavior of the other housewives of everyone needs to hate Teresa and love them. MeGo, her hag sister’s and Joe attack (or delete/block) anyone on twitter that tells them what fame whore garbage they are. They need everyone to love them. Insecure is what they are!
Yeah. Their plan to circle attack Teresa with the assistance of MeGo, Kathey et al didn’t work nearly as well as they thought it would, which I’d bet a sizable dollar they’re still scratching their heads over.

I’ve been a silent lurker on this page for a few months. Let me firstly say how much I love this site and all the posters!!! Keeps me entertained while im at work bored. Secondly I live in Australia so they have only just screened Season 3 of RHONJ. After watching a few episodes with Melissa I can’t stand her!!!!!! She is so fake. As for Caroline she pretends to be this holier than thou italian mumma. She is nothing but a two faced bitch and she is not a true Italian. FFS she cant even speak it or understand it. Watching her in Italy just reinforced to me she should not be calling herself Italian. My parents were born in Italy and I grew up speaking and understanding the language. It’s obvious she is jealous of Teresa’s success. I love Teresa & Joe and having read the posts on here i’m a little disappointed that she is being portrayed as a villian. I get where she is coming from about the whole Italian thing and family first. Melissa seems like a daughter in law from hell!!!!!!!!! As for Kathy she and Rich are an absolute waste of screen time. Everytime I see her face on the telly I want to scratch my eyes out. Anyway I thought i’d finally post after many months of silent lurking. Thanks for the updates as i’m a RHONJ tragic and I can’t wait for Australia to screen all the episodes.
Hi Lisa. I couldn’t agree more. Melissa is the daughter in law from hell. Never ever ever is it OK the trash the daughter of your hubby’s parents. Not sure if you saw the episode where she and Joey were having dinner with their accountant and the trash talking was unbelievable. Of course MeGo played innocent but If in the future my son and his wife ever broke bread with people talking smack about my daughter on tv and took part in the bashing or sat there with encouraging head nods the whole time I would first stomp a mud hole in they butts and second change the will. Unforgivable.

Hello my fellow Paisano! Caroline is American with Italian heritage. I don’t understand why she is so offended by Teresa’s joke and isn’t just proud to be an American! Kathy is phony and obviously very jealous of her little cugina! I hope she is not asked back for season 5! I was always taught problems with in the family, stay with in the family. I’m very confused by what Americans have against publishing a book of family recipes. It is not AT ALL the first time someone has done this, I have no idea of why it’s so damn controversial.
I know “mainstream americans” have an obsession with tearing things down and abandoning history and culture. Maybe that’s why the book means so little to them? In a culture in which passing down history is important, a collection of family recipes is a goldmine.
I know..right?? That’s a great point. Teresa is always careful to say that many of her recipes are from her Mom. She has also tweaked some of them for low fat purposes. I own both of her cookbooks and frankly they are fun and beautifully done. I have also met her and she is so nice in person. I can’t imagine buying anything MeGo’s selling.
Its unfair to generalize americans, in general. We arent one person, with one opinion on anything! If anything, we are known for diversity and freedom of speech, gathering, and opinion. That said, i dont believe Tre ever admitted these werent her recipes until she was outed. She even said her next book would be a family compilation- insinuating the other books were not. Also, our recipe books typically dont have a section where you call your in-laws copycats and jealous, nor a section on your moral viewpoints on a friend’s kid’s daydream to open a stripperwash. There are the reasons why we laugh… Some anyway.:)

Tre always admitted they were family recipes. all my recipes are my mom passed down from her mom (I am just bad at getting them to taste as good). I think she was advised to including the sections to help promote the show. Besides the copycat part, the rest was all in good fun. The stripper car wash thing has been a part of the show and she having fun with it. I haven’t bought her cookbooks yet, but do plan on it.
On a different note, how are you feeling? Hope you are boucing back from your surgery!

Caroline is an expert denier, deflector, and manipulator–which is very different than “composed.” Ashtray is a manifestation of Jacqueline’s own issues that she tries to sweep under the rug. Kathy can cook like nobody’s business (She’s almost as good as me, but I’ll take her on desserts).
Which Joe? They’re both smarmy; and I think the “crying” we’ve seen is either alcohol withdrawals or Histrionic Personality Disorder, or both.

If I can’t count pros (Is Lawrence a pro?), then I’d still choose Kim’s waaay over Melissa’s. Kim’s song will have a life like Vanilla Ice’s “Ice, Ice Baby”: dorky, but you’d play it for that reason. Melissa actually takes herself seriously, which is gross. In raw talent, they’re pretty equal; in charisma, Kim stomps Melissa (so does Sarah Palin, Khadafi, and The Grinch). No, Ashtray is a psychological manifestation of the issues that Jac would like to pretend away. Yeah, Joe Giudice is way more messed up right now. Personally, I think he’s severely–like, potentially suicidally–depressed. But Gorga is the exact same personality type; he just hasn’t hit the same level of stress yet. It’s only a matter of time.

A while back on WWHL she was asked about the other HW singers and who is better and she had this smug stuck-up look on her face, and said her singing was “different” than the other HWs, meaning everyone else sucks and she does not. I had BH on and it played 2xs in a row, but both times I paid more attention to SH than the TV. I remember the beautiful long dresses were hiding the shoes and only saw the silver sparkly platform heels.
Kathy started her dessert company (forgot the name) and does appearances around my area (I live in NJ), but I dislike her too much to try them. i have to say my mom makes kick ass Italian food and desserts, so I am tough to please…LOL

I respectfully disagree with you. Melissa can’t sing very well and I do agree with those that say Kandi can sing. She’s musically talented in general and has a lot of experience. Luann is better than Melissa and I also respect that Luann sang live a few times. Even Danielle S. ( she’s another woman Melissa likely used and walked over to get where she wanted) has a better voice.
