SH doesn’t usually write about other sites, but I do have an affection for Ilana Angel’s site… here. I usually agree with 99.9% of what Ilana writes; however, Ilana likes Jillz and SH doesn’t… and SH is very happy that Jillz gathered up all her Spanx-knockoffs and is off the show.
This is some of what Ilana has to say about what she is calling the Real Housewives of New York Experience A Massacre:
“Alex McCord, my least favorite housewife, from any cast, has been canned. Her announcement to the world came in the form of a tweet that said: Nothing was decided until today, but as of tonight, a decision has been reached. Simon and I are leaving. Sadly, but amicably.
Newsflash Alex, you are not “leaving”. You were fired. We were sick of you and your husband. You are simply not good television. I wish you and your boys health and happiness in your future, and could not be happier to se the door hit you in the ass on the way out. Bye chums.
Cindy Barshop is also officially out, and took to Twitter to share the news. She tweeted: I will not be returning to RHNYC. I left on great terms. I loved getting to know all of you. Stay tuned much more to come! Again, you did not leave Cindy, you were fired. We all know the truth.
Cindy was useless on this show. She brought noting of interest to the table. All we learned about her is that she cares more about her work than her kids. Maybe she will spend more time with her kids now that she is not filming. Kelly opening a unicorn farm is more likely than that.

Does anyone know who this Lynn Hudson person is and why is she a bully?

Lynn Hudson has a blog entitled “I Hate Jill Zarin”. It was originally created for fans who were unable to post their comments on the Housewives shows at the Bravo blog.
Over the course of time Lynn made it her business to get quite friendly with some of the so called “stars”, chiefly Alex and Simon. She also buddied up with Cat Ommanney and Rich Amons from the DC cast along with an interview with Sonja and a Twitter relationship with Ramona.
Her “followers” then got in line and critical comments made against those “stars” were treated unfavorably. The “love affair” with anything Bethenny related is still ongoing.
Where Ilana allows any and all comments to be posted, regardless if they oppose her point of view, visiting Lynn Hudson’s site one must be ever aware that criticism of Simon and Alex, along with Bethenny Frankel, are not acceptable. People are awarded the title of “trolls” or Jill Zarin stalkers should they attempt to post anything even remotely critical of these “faves”.
Jill Zarin is “credited” with every single upset any one of these three may “suffer”.
That unicorn farm bit was funny. Color me confused though. Is Lynn really anti-Semetic or does she just hate Jillz? I thought the latter, buuuuuut I dunno much about the windy city hater.

@ Fan: Every time I blog about RHNYC, Lynn comments on it, makes a crack about it, says something anti-Semetic in her blog. She has attacked me at every turn when it comes to this show. With the massacre will come many blogs on the show, and I am simply stating that I don’t appreciate her attacks on me, my blog, my readers, or my faith.
Well since Andy is Jewish I am sure he doesnt appreciate it either so.. is it a stretch to say that Silex’s association with an anti-Semite helped to get them canned?

that woman is the reason I went from mild distaste with Silex to I’m done with them, make them go away. I can see a direct link to their hoity toity attitude about JillZ and suddenly going from trying to get in her good graces to publicly bashing her , their obnxious twittering also from association with that website. It made them belive they were more important than they were.
If their association with that site was a reason to oust them then I say GOOD!!! Now instead of blaming JillZ for everything they can blame “L” who, by the way now has a website that she needs to rename. (idiot)
Katie, That seems kind of mean…to call a blog I hate…I hate the word hate…Oh My. And why be mean to Jewish people? I don’t get that at all. This person devotes an entire site to hating Jill Zarin? Granted, Jill is annoying…but I never. All her faves are not housewives anymore.
I hear you cc. We don’t even use the word “hate” in our house. It’s such a strong, negative, ugly word in my opinion. To steal the quote du jour, at the end of the day (couldn’t resist) it’s just a television show. These are people we’ve most likely never met and never will. How can you “hate” someone from watching a few edited minutes or hours of their life? It’s crazy to me. Sure the shows are entertaining and addicting. Obviously we enjoy watching the shows and then discussing the people, the storylines, the craziness of it all or we wouldn’t be here. Reading SH and others thoughts is an extension of the entertainment and enjoyment I derive from the show(s). BUT it simply doesn’t matter enough to me to devote that much negative energy into “hating” these people. Who has the time?? …Although in the interest of full disclosure I do have to admit that Alexis Bellino and Taylor Armstrong bugs the chit out of me and I wish they’d both get the boot! I don’t find them or anything about them entertaining or worth watching.

LynnDavidians – That’s funny! I haven’t spent any length of time at the site. I checked it out after the reunion show and didn’t find it appealing at all. I guess I’d just consider the source when thinking about her and her fans. Any site that focuses on such negativity and hatred has to attract mean spirited people. Not like here where I just enjoy bantering with other fans about these shows and the players.
It sounds horrible over there and so boring to have everyone expressing the same viewpoint!!

I agree Cc/mc, the word “hate” is so harsh for someone you don’t know who’s never done a thing but be an annoying loud mouth sometimes. I don’t blame Jill and BawBeee for being pissed at Alex and Simone for associating with Lynne’s site, and I think BZ handled it really maturely considering the whole site is devoted to hating his wife.
I went there once and tried to voice my opinion, and you can’t imagine how the “LynnDavidians” tore into me…I say…go ahead and drink the kool-aid with your fearless leader. She only puts up one post a day, which in nothing but a recap of a housewife episode, then they all spend the rest of their time whining amongst each other. All their ailments, kids ailments, carpools and “Daddy’s dying, who’s got the will.”
Do not even get me started on her grammar, punctation, sentence structure, etc.. Good grief! I’m certainly not the best but I do not have a blog and do not write articles. I have seen commenter’s criticize her articles on rumorfix and she & her LynnDavidians pretty much tear them into shreds…absolutely no room for differing of opinions there. Smile and wave, fellas…Just smile and wave! That’s why I love SH!

The “Nancy” is as mean and hateful as the rest! If you don’t LOVE the ones that “Katie” listed, they can be brutal. Their are only a handful of “LynnDavidians” and they just chat with each other. I love this site!
I don’t know if you all remember but after the whole Tanya Harding thing alot of people did glom on to that sweet Nancy thing, but she had alot of bad press as she was getting ready for the olympics because at a couple of public apperances she was caught saying bitchy little snarky comments about her fans. If it really was Nancy it would not shock me. Maybe there was more to hitting old nancy in the knee than just to get her out of the compitition.
Love this site! I’ve been reading for a while and finally decided to comment. I was searching the app store to see if there was an app for this site, and instead came across an app for “Countess Luann”! She is actually trying to charge people to do things like put themselves in photos with her, take polls, and follow her fb and twitter! Delusional! I do apologize if SH has already done a story on this–I searched the posts with her name and didn’t come across one with this info. If there is a better way to search for that type of thing please let me know! I just wish she wasn’t invited back!

I’m certain that Lee will not have any comment(s) re her daughter-in-law’s involvement in such a production as RHONY. But, that’s another “wait and see”… simply SH’s take on the future reaction from Lee. TFC!!! SH
Unfortunately some people take these Housewives shows much too seriously. They begin to believe that what they are watching is “real” and feel a need to “defend” their favorites from any whiff of criticism they perceive. One of the first lines of attack is asking the poster why they bother to watch if they express negativity towards their “faves”.
The answer is simple: what is being shown onscreen is mildly entertaining as long as you are capable of remaining free of the delusion. Most of this stuff is scripted and these lunatic women have shown an eagerness to set aside their own integrity in order to be considered a “star”. Therefore, like any form of “entertainment”, they leave themselves open to the ridicule their behavior elicits.
I can watch this stuff without falling into the trap that what is presented is actually fact based. “Stoopid Housewives” indeed when these ladies are shown living beyond their means, “feuding” over nothing, acting like harridans, and their futile attempts to appear years younger through facelifts, Botox, and breast enhancements. What could be more amusing than Ramona, at age 55, trying to convince us of a pregnancy as one example? Yet some consider her antics “adorable”.
The stupidity of these shows is what attracts. Being “banned” for commenting is delusional.

I am a fan of Jill Zarin, and I will miss her on the show so very dearly, as she was the epitome of NYC essence! However, I wish her the best in all of her subsequent endeavors, and may she continue to shine in life. I thank her for her book, Secrets of a Jewish Mother, and I’ll always have something to remember her mark on reality television, as she was my absolute favorite out of all the housewives! It is a bittersweet day, but G-d has better plans for her. Also, the woman who must not be named, blogging in a midwestern city known for its deep dish pizza and its wind, will no longer be relevant in the blogosphere on all things pertaining to Jill and the housewives!… Can people continue to spew hatred on a daily basis for a woman who is no longer on the show? It would be quite silly….and infantile.
Good Bye Jill Zarin :’( You will be forever missed on RHONY and on media outlets. You will always be my Queen B of the real houswives.
I liked her too..for the most part. Especially this last season, I saw her coming from a good place and trying. Bethanny was my most favorite and she seemed to have done quiet well for herself post-show so…. anything is possible.
I can not remember who said it before but I think JillZ got caught up in alot of stuff and ended up paying for it, I know many people could not stomach her but she never bothered me. I think that she will be fine in the long run. As for a certain lady that shall remain nameless,I to contemplated what would become of her once her nemisis left firing range. I think she may be to busy mourning the loss of her beloved Silex to fully comprehend the ramifications of JillZ being lost and gone forever!

I think that change is a good thing. Many blessings can come out of this particular type of change: Jill will be free from the toxic nature of the show, and RHONY will have a fresh, new look. I think it’s the best for Jill, although I will miss seeing her on the show, as she was the main reason why I watched for 3 seasons and bits of season 3.
As for whom we must never name on this site, I do feel that her blog’s popularity may dwindle, mainly because they no longer have a target to vent the resentments that they harbor at Jill. Also, JZ was a unifying factor for them- how will they sustain their desire to comment all day.
I am always grateful that I can state my opinion of JZ and have some people who will be okay with it, and the others who do not like JZ will refrain from attacking me. Thank you SH for your up to date, accurate information pertaining to HW and for creating a blog in which people are respectful of others. We are all adults, and we must treat each other kindly regardless of our opinions.

I am happier than The Situation at the Moonlight Bunny Ranch now that both Jill and Kelly are gone. Kelly is really sick, and I hope Dr. Drew really helps her next season on Celebrity Rehab. Yes, Kelly is a textbook pill popper. She is so mechanical and without feeling, and that comes from being on a strict diet of jelly beans & vicodin, gummy bears & beer, Xanax and pancakes. No feelings from her. I can’t wait to see her running through the Pasadena Recovery Center yelling “Your mental, there’s something wrong with you- Your Creepy!”
That’s in my dream scenario anyways.
