We all know that there’s a spin-off show featuring Kim and Kroy with their new baby boy, so of course, their luxury townhouse isn’t gonna cut it… they need a real house.

Kim and Kroy have put in an offer on this one in Roswell, GA and are waiting to hear if their offer has been accepted. This house has been on on zillow.com for over 2 years… IMO, Kim and Kroy will be moving soon…

Let’s hope they made a cash offer. Even though the asking is 3Mil, if you do a cash offer they will take less. It would JUST be plain STOOPID, in a down housing market make a run at a mortgage like that. You don’t want to carry a mortgage, own it. If the price falls, at least you own, and are not paying a huge payment. Just sit and wait. It’s been on Zillow.com for almost a year. This let’s you know they were bargain hunting, which is a smart thing, but he’s not making that kind of money, and the party is already over for Tardy, unless she has another song coming out (a couple of songs). Considering the way she made her splash on the music scene, how many producers are clamoring to work with her? She will never get another Kim deal. I like Kim, but she’s not being sensible. You are not there yet.
