According to the following sources, a spin-off of ‘Selling New York‘ has started filming in January, 2011. The HGTV spin-off will feature a few brokers from Los Angeles real estate companies competing to pitch prominent homes for sale in Los Angeles to high profile buyers around the city and will be called (very creatively) ‘Selling Los Angeles.‘ One of the brokers will be the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, Kyle Richards’ husband, Mauricio Umansky.

Mauricio is on “Million $ Listing” all the time. Josh even went to their house. Same setting, different show. Kyle was not there in that scene. What happened to Chad, who loved his little dog more than his girlfriend? I did too.

Shocking that Bravo let one get away. Given his drowsy, slurry speech, I’m interested to see how he functions in sales. Oh wait, he’s good looking, I almost forgot.
AOM: If you’ve seen him on ‘Million Dollar Listing’, he slaps clients on the back a lot… very chummy, pal-sy, wal-sy-like, that’s his sales technique… beat the client until they suffer from internal bleeding and they’re in such a weakened state that they think they’re signing a hospital admittance form, instead they’ve just agreed to buy Villa Vanderpump for the full asking price of $29 million… Mauricio has sold Villa Vanderpump 43 times in the past week… he keeps the cash hand money that the client thinks is paying for his hospital stay. Mauricio has taken in a little under a half million in cash… and Kyle has a problem with sharing that scam loot with her sister? Kyle is such a biatch. As for his ‘good looking-ness,’ that’s very subjective, but if you think he’s good looking, then OK! SH
Mauricio talks like the RHOM. And NO, I’m not trashing anyone’s accents. I’m from the south, and I sound like it. If I travel anywhere that is not used to it, I’m made fun of.
I miss Chad also. He was a cute little thing. Not a fan of Madison either. Both the Joshs’ are funny. They keep messing up. They show them getting ready to go “Clubbing” and then you see them wearing something different. The housewives do a lot of that also. So when you see them later on in the season, you realize they must have filmed all that in one day.
Didn’t they just buy a $3,000,000 house? That Faye Resnick is going to decorate?

I have to agree with Camille on this one: Faye Resnick will always be the murdered friend’s (Nicole Brown Simpson) “friend” who got her shot at Playboy because of her testifying at the trial of the century. It’s not the fact that she did Playboy. It’s the fact that she capitalized on her so-called friend’s brutal murder. Playboy would have never known of her had she not given testimony at the O.J. trial. Elch. She is disgusting. And some friend she is.
She is truly morally bankrupt and hopefully will garner as little success as possible from these ridunculous HW shows (to which I am addicted). She doesn’t deserve anything more in the way of fiduciary success. Plus, she testified that said she was in drug rehab during the murder..so why is she drinking alcohol on a nationally boradcast show? Yes, it was for cocaine; however, whatever drug it is, one is supposed to not indulge in any other drug (alcohol being one) for the rest of their lives.
Were Kyle and Kim friends with Faye after the murder of Nichole or did they know Nichole also?
